1. Payment Terms: All payments are required prior to ordering any items. For custom work, this includes a full payment prior to the work being carried out. When flowers are being casted into Resin we do take full payment as this covers the costs of the drying process. If any discrepancy is to occur the payment for the costs and work already underway will be deducted.
2. Delivery Terms: Delivery costs are made and aim to work within the given time frame. Delivery delays and issues are at no fault of ours but to the delivery company itself. If your item does not arrive within its given time frame we will open up a dispute with our delivery company. We do always give guidance on our website that it can take up to 4 weeks for items to be personalised.
3. Personalised good: All orders for personalised goods are non-refundable. The customer must approve all design and artwork for personalised goods prior to production. The customer is responsible for any inaccuracies in the design and artwork of the personalised goods.
The customer must provide accurate contact information and delivery address. Delivery of personalised goods is at the customer’s own risk. The customer must inspect the personalised goods upon receipt and contact the business within 24 hours of any discrepancies or damage.
The business is not liable for any damage to the personalised goods once they have been delivered. All personalised goods are exempt from refunds from miss-spellings. The business reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time.
