1. Payment Terms: All payments are required prior to ordering any items. For custom work, this includes a full payment prior to the work being carried out. When flowers are being casted into Resin we do take full payment as this covers the costs of the drying process. If any discrepancy is to occur the payment for the costs and work already underway will be deducted.
1A. Any order which is personalised is non refundable Or returnable due to miss spelling. We recommend you make all checks prior to the order.
2. Delivery Terms: Delivery costs are made and aim to work within the given time frame. Delivery delays and issues are at no fault of ours but to the delivery company itself. If your item does not arrive within its given time frame we will open up a dispute with our delivery company. We do always give guidance on our website that it can take up to 4 weeks for items to be personalised.
3. Personalised good: All orders for personalised goods are non-refundable. The customer must approve all design and artwork for personalised goods prior to production. The customer is responsible for any inaccuracies in the design and artwork of the personalised goods.
The customer must provide accurate contact information and delivery address. Delivery of personalised goods is at the customer’s own risk. The customer must inspect the personalised goods upon receipt and contact the business within 24 hours of any discrepancies or damage.
The business is not liable for any damage to the personalised goods once they have been delivered. All personalised goods are exempt from refunds from miss-spellings. The business reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time.
4.Resin:
A) All resin products are made using a heat resistant resin which can withhold temperatures up to 80°c. We strongly advise against any resin produce to be near extreme heat or direct sunlight. This can cause significant damage to your work which is irreversible. Customers need to be to understand that this item is hanade and therefore some shapes may slightly differ although the aim to ensure all items are not off balanced. some edges may remain sharper whilst our sanding process has already taken place we do advise that you are cautious with any sharper edges on your item and keep out of reach of children. We recommend that candle holders are used with an artificial candle and that coasters are not used for hot beverages where marks may pinned into the surface. If your resin comes into contact with a flame or hot substance and damage occurs we recommend discarding this product as toxins can be released from the resin. All display items will come with care instructions either within your parcel or directly through email/message.
B: Dried fresh flowers: During the drying process your flowers may have already started to rot centrally and therefore on release of your flowers it may mean they have fully rotted and will be disposed of. We do not take liability for any flowers which are unsalvagable from this. flowers can darken from the drying process and this is completely normal. You may notice some large flowers release minuscule bubbles within the work. Whilst this frustrates us as a creator this can be unavoidable and does add that handmade element to the item. Please do contact us prior to the work if you want to discuss the flowers that you may have.
C: We do not take any liability of misuse of products and therefore we expect our customers to follow instructions to ensure the life span of the product is not reduced.
D: Sizing: please note that not all flowers can accommodate smaller work. While we would love to display a full bouquet within a coaster it can not successfully work. If you have an idea in your head please communicate with us prior to ordering so we can answer you honestly.
E: Unhappy with your order? If you’re really unhappy with your order and a partial or full refund has been made we will request all products to be returned to the business or destroyed. This does include floral arrangements set in resin. Any products requested to be destroyed will require evidence of this.
4: Data protection, we will withhold information via email for two years. After this time has lapsed all
emails will be deleted. Any personal details will be removed after 1 year from our records.
5. Blossoming Boutique reserves the right to cancel and stop any order if at all our customer becomes verbally or physically abusive and the order will be terminated from the system.
6. Blossoming Boutique UK will not accept any liability for damaged products what were not in that condition on leaving the company. If it is seen that an item has been tampered with and not adhered to the care instructions then this breaches our advice.
7. All Resin orders will require a Deposit of £40 which is non refundable. As all orders are bespoke pieces. If a booking has been made and you wish to cancel within 7 days you will receive your full deposit back. If you cancel after this period and within 1 month we will issue you 50% of the deposit . After this time the money will be non refundable.
